Turkish Angora are swift,intelligent,playful and alert cats like a shadow following all of your movements, and willing to share your activities : on your desk when you write, on your lap when you watch or work at your computer, fascinated by anything that moves.
If your dog or your cat accept them, given a period of adaptation, they get along well with him ; generaly speaking they are neither exclusive nor jealous ; but they don't appreciate cat shows, so foreign to their walks of life and strong personalities .
Their behaviour may vary according to whom they are confronted with, gifted with an amazing intuition, they easily identify real cats- lovers .
Turkish Angoras are sturdy, rarely sick, and their splendid fur needs no particular attention as they have no undercoat, hence no knots, a simple brushing will do, especially at the springtime shedding season.In no way are white cats more fragile, needing no additional care.
a detail to be noted : Turkish Angoras adapt well everywhere be it is an apartment or a house.
All they need is to be loved.
